Franchise Conditions:
 

• The exclusive zoning rights for the immomaxx® realty center and acquisition of the franchise rights, as well as the franchise partner introduction seminar are as follows:

• 50,000    residential area    € 10.000
• 100,000  residential area    € 20.000

 

• 6% revenue sharing of the total commission of all licensed brokers in the realty center

• 4% of the total commission of the licensed brokers in the realty center for the advertising budget

 

1. Investment in your new realtor’s center

• Necessary start capital € 30,000 - 35,000 including securities
